1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Nexseva IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("Company"), founded and operated by Harshith, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Nexseva provides web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, e-commerce solutions, backend development, SEO optimization, and website maintenance services. The specific scope of work for each project will be defined in a separate project proposal or agreement.

3. Project Proposals & Payments

  • All project proposals and quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
  • Payment terms will be outlined in the project agreement (typically 50% advance, 50% on completion).
  • Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or other agreed methods.
  • Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for the deliverables will be transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed. Nexseva reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide timely feedback and approvals to avoid project delays.
  • Supply all required content (text, images, logos) in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that all content provided does not infringe on any third-party rights.
  • Designate a single point of contact for project communication.

6. Revisions & Changes

Each project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges, which will be communicated and approved before proceeding.

7. Warranties & Disclaimers

Nexseva strives to deliver high-quality work. We provide a 30-day bug-fix warranty after project delivery for issues related to our development work. We do not guarantee specific business results such as traffic increases or revenue growth, as these depend on many external factors.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nexseva shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In case of termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination. Any advance payment for incomplete work will be handled as per the project agreement.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
